1 year till the big 40! This past year has been a roller coaster, settled into our new home, lost my best friend and built Grounded Roots, deeper courage, and a community I’m so proud of. 🌱 You guys have inadvertently helped me through grief and made this space a warm and inviting place! Happy Valentines my beautiful seedlings!!🌱 Here's a cute activity to try out with the whole family 💕 What to do: Grab a jar (or mug, bowl… anything). Cut up scrap paper.. Each person writes or draws one thing they appreciate about someone else in the house. Read a few aloud at dinner or before bed. Why it works: It shifts focus from big gestures to everyday connection — which is what nervous systems actually need. No pressure, No glitter explosions just calm connection 💕

Woo 🥳 Got the little lunchtime supervisor role for playtime at the local School, needless to say they were very impressed and kept saying its a good starting role to get you back in 😅 Although I'm grateful to be able to keep ties but work on my community too 💗
