Investing in Stocks
I’ve been on a mission to improve my finances for the long term. I definitely think stocks are the way to go. I was just going to get into ETFs. SCHD, SPYI, and maybe QQQI. What are you investing in & Why? Would enjoy the knowledge.

Nah brother I’m retired now at 28, close to being a millionaire now. All 100% of my money is passive income. Never touched stocks in my life. I invest in Real Estate and buy website businesses online. I’m going to be honest with you. I don’t know anyone who’s actually wealthy through stocks alone, unless they’re like a venture capitalist that buys a large portion of a company and has an active role in expanding the business. It sounds like you are hellbent on stocks and I’m not trying to change your mind but just want to give you my experience. In Real Estate I average $40k - $100k a year in take home equity on each property. Times that by however many multiple properties you own. For example: Real Estate In Australia where I’m from Real Estate is bullish. Like 11.5% to 35.5% capital growth a year for the past 50 years bullish. If you own 4 of those properties that’s $160k - $400k a year. Let’s say I got $300k in equity this year. I would personally pocket $150k and invest $150k in more properties that year. Keeps compounding. Real estate is the only sure fire way to create wealth. The other thing is I buy online website businesses. But this requires some technical skill and knowledge in websites and online business. I basically buy content websites (monetised via Affiliate Sales, or Adsense revenue) or ecommerce shops and outsource SEO work and hire people to run it. Example: I bought a content website for $58k that generates $2,700 a month monetised through affiliate sales. I hire someone for $30 a month to write some content on the website and hire someone for $350 every 6 months or so do some SEO.

Questions for the more experienced members.. What are some of the best niches/occupations for your lifestyle or branding? Some common examples I am aware of: - Photography/Videography - Club Promoter/Nightlife Host - Event Host/Curator - Talent Scout - DJ - Content Creator Also has anyone ever dabbled in niches that are a bit different or unusual? Like example: - Doing Pornography - ASMR - Stand up Comedy - Being dance instructor or sports coach Just curious lol would love to hear your thoughts
