7 Day Challenge: COMPLETE
First of all, Kevin, thank you for opening my eyes to this whole journey. Genuinely didn't expect to end up here. I went a little off the grid since day 2. I did the days that made sense for me at this time and skipped the race specific ones because I'm nursing an injury. I loved the coach persona rationale so I added recovery expert and nutritionist personas, grounded in books and research I admire. This became a whole system: real macro tracking, proposed daily nutrition based on projected expenditure from training plan. Registered for a Withings dev account and automated a morning routine. Withings Body comp sync → Garmin sync → a gate that checks if I'm actually awake yet → recovery call → nutrition plan, all in one Desktop scheduled task at 5:05am. And then the dashboard, went full 80s synthwave, obviously.

From Garmin. And if I slept in, I just send “up” on the remote on my phone.
Week 4 Recap - Incredible Feedback
Last week, we launched our first poll to better understand our rapidly growing community. I am thrilled with the massive response we got, it will help shape the coming weeks and months, so thank you! To try to summarize the poll in one giant run on sentence: "We're a group of runners, lifters, and cyclists who cross-train regularly and who want to learn how to use AI to sharpen our own training, build real consumer apps, and grow the community through team-focused events." The poll by the numbers: 1) 90%+ of us our regular athletes looking to improve our own personal training! - This was probably the most surprising statistic to me, as when I first launched this community, I anticipated it to be mainly coaches looking to learn how to improve their coaching platforms, but while that still represents 31% of us, it was not the most! 2) 39% of us are looking to learn how to build apps - I love building and tinkering with software, so I am super pumped a lot of people are in the same boat as me! - This is probably the area that was the biggest shift in content direction for me, as instead of launching a coaches only portal right away, I will broaden this to be focused more on traditional D2C 3) 65% of us are runners, followed next by lifters and bodybuilders - It's great to see so many people interested in running, as that is my biggest athletic passion too! - Cycling and triathlon were closely behind! - More strength focused stuff coming right up - probably my worst discipline, so will be fun to learn (any hybrid folks are serious lifters in the group, send me a DM - I want to learn what works)! 4) 60% of people are interested in developing community through team events! - I am so glad to hear this, as one of my biggest reasons for starting this community is to meet other liked minded people - We can start with some virtual ones and then as we grow can try to arrange some in person ones! 5) Some specific asks from folks that I will make sure get added to the roadmap (tried to summarize and many of these were asked multiple times!)

So exciting. What a time to live in!
Day 2 completed
This took a while because I had a lot of background to share. It was a very deep conversation and I'm impressed on how structured it becomes with all the different OS components. It all results in a very thoughtful plan. Can't wait to continue building! #Day2Planned

I will skip the rest for now. 3 because this will only make sense at the end of this week so you can check what I did vs your plan for this week. 4-5 because I'm not training for a race at this time. Will do 5 before my next INTVL long run. 6 for similar reasons than 3. I'll do it after one week of following your plan. 7 because I want to build some other ideas before building the dashboard. 8 this one I'll implement later this week, right after the dashboard. So thank you SO MUCH for making this available Kevin, this is mind blowing.
Monthly spend/cost
Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well. I have a quick question before I go down this amazing rabbit hole. Could someone please tell me what to expect in terms of monthly spend? I am completely new to Claude. I understand that I need a pro subscription which is $30 USD per month. Will that be enough? I’m sure it’ll be well worth it but so far I’ve been doing a lot with free tools thanks for your help.

Quick update, I agree with Joseph. After a few hours of doing day 0 and day 1 plus a lot of geeking out, I reached 20% of my current session limit and 3% of my weekly limit. That includes importing 13 years, 2,989 activities and 287 days of wellness, and analyzing all of that. You'd have to try really hard to reach the limit. Pro is very sufficient.
Day1Connected!!
Woah this is so cool! I connected Claude (with Garmin instead of Strava because I don't have Strava premium) using https://www.skool.com/athlete-ai-community/connect-garmin-to-claude-code?p=15909dc8 It worked really well. The one thing it told me that I didn't know is that there might be a link between my injury and my strength training. I felt it after each long runs so I didn't think to look further but looking a patterns going back years, it spotted something I didn't 😮 #Day1Connected
