My name is Kolony. I’m from Denver. My focus is to identify how to better care for my aging body. The things I have done in the past are no longer working and I feel super discouraged by my lack of energy and progress. I want to get my body back to a point where I feel confident and proud of all the work I’m doing. Fun fact: I love playing practical jokes on people and making them laugh. I always bring a sense of humor to everything.
