Not a Wholesale Deal… But a Big Win for Me
I know this isn’t a wholesaling deal, but I wanted to share a win and say thank you. Last week I got out of my comfort zone and started door knocking. Using what I’ve learned here, I was able to talk to homeowners confidently and actually landed my first customer for my dad and I’s HVAC business. Before this, I would’ve never done something like that. The biggest thing this program has given me so far isn’t just real estate knowledge, its confidence, consistency, and the willingness to take action. So I just want to say thank you to Rick, Zach, and the whole community. Even though this wasn’t a wholesale deal, the skills and mindset you teach are real and can be applied anywhere. This was a big step for me, and I’m excited to keep going. I was always a shy kid, scared of everything. Again, thank y'all both for y’all’s wisdom, God Bless☦️

Preparing The Numbers
When cold calling the seller do you already have your numbers prepared or do you wait til after the call and seller says their interested in selling to figure out your numbers? Everyone join in do you figure out your numbers before or after calling the seller?

Find out information first with seller. MCTP. Motivation-Condition-timeframe-price. Then call back the seller, or even better, meet the seller in person to give a price. My opinion anyways.
