I’ve been working on a series of craft projects since the first of the year. Fabric covered journals with matching pens are among them. Here’s a pic of the one I finished today.

Just watched Kristin Tweedale’s presentation on creating a little book of your thoughts and feelings throughout the year. I worked on the title page and the Currently page. I think I’d like to do “More & Less” next! If you also created a little book, I’d love to see it! It’s such a cute idea! Side note: I recently finished coloring a diy puzzle where each piece was colored randomly. I loved it because it was the kind of art that only took a couple of minutes for each piece and I could take it outside to watch my kids play. This little book fulfills that same need. It’s big enough to get joy out of it, but small enough to not feel too overwhelming.

So last night I played around with mini envelopes to create a simple journal. It’s not complete but I hope to finish it this weekend I’m not totally into Valentine’s Day yet so I’ve been testing things out to see if I fall in love with any of these different projects and then create one with a Valentine theme Still on the hunt for inspiration

@Kristi Fox another amazing project! Thank you!! Unfortunately through my own error I have ended up with a yellow penguin and some yellow snow (ran out of white cardstock and thought yellow might be ok 🤦🏼‍♀️ - made a red border to try hide some of the yellow) but can’t wait to make another one!!
