Base your moves on fundamentals, not the news cycle.

When it comes to speaking, practice becomes permanent. The more you put yourself in front of people, the more natural and confident you’ll become. Remember: there’s no failure, only feedback. If you stumble or make a mistake, keep going- those moments are opportunities to grow, not reasons to stop. And don’t do it alone. Ask trusted people to give you honest feedback.
