Assalamualaikum brother and sisters , I'm suffering from anxiety panic attacks that take my cortisol and adrenaline lvl high which leads to hypertension and accelerates my heart beat, my case is very hard the anxity is not manageable I can do nothing about it by myself+it's not recent so....please if anyone had experienced the same illness or knows a relative who had experienced it and healed from it without chemical medicines, please advise me of something natural, a food supplement specific for these kind of health problems or at least a medicine that I don't have to take for like 8 months or 1 or 2 years, please help your sister .

For the lonely soul…
Sometimes Allah removes people from your life, not because you are unworthy of love, but because He wants your heart to remember where it truly belongs. You may feel unseen, unheard, or forgotten—but Allah sees every tear, hears every duʿā, and knows every pain you hide. Allah says: “Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” — Qur’an 13:28 So when you feel alone, don't run from Allah. Run to Him. Make sujood. Speak to Him. Cry to Him. Ask Him for what your heart needs. People may leave. Circumstances may change. But Allah is always there. Your loneliness does not mean you have been abandoned. Sometimes, the quietest moments are where you find your way back to Him. 🤍

True 🤌✨
Perhaps we can benefit from eachother
What is one thing an experience, or realization that helped you understand that this life is temporary and that we are only here to be tested? And what is one habit or practice you believe people should adopt to become closer to Allah aside from praying and reading the Qur’an?

Trials of this life always make me realize that this life is temporary so you just need to get over with it with patience. Also a video i watched from a YouTuber (unknown ukhti ) reminded me that this life is just a test. One habbit that i would like people to do is remind yourself each and every time that Allah is watching. He is watching when you are sinning and when you are doing good deeds so its better to be indulged in good deeds so that you wont have to face the shame at the day of judgement when the book of deeds would be given to you. And when you start doing good deeds and trying all the time to do something that pleases Allah and benefits you for the preparation of akhirah you ultimately would start to get close to Allah. Also start doing the extra along with obligatory acts
