Why a fresh chat starts from zero
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 My honest reaction was that it felt basic. A fresh chat with no saved history starts from zero. Nothing you told it last week is in it. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 I gave the coach a folder. Your own words go into files on your computer, and the AI you choose reads them the next time you come back. The video is a little over a minute: the same invented person, three weeks. It shows two weeks of energy lines side by side, in their own words. It does not say what changed, or why. An invented example, not a live chat or a recording, narrated by an AI voice. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 It is not released and it is not for sale. I am showing you the idea. The coach is an AI, not a person, not a doctor or dietitian. I am not reading what you write to it. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 Tonight, write one line about your energy today, in your own words. Keep going for two weeks. Then put week one and week two side by side and ask yourself what you see. You do not have to decide why. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 What would you want to look back at, in your own words, a month from now? Answer below, and keep it general; nothing private needed.

Love this idea, Tracking small changes over time can make progress easier to recognize, the real value is helping members turn insights into consistent habits. What would everyone here most want to track for a month?

@Gabriel Azoulay That’s exciting Gabriel, The 21 day meditation could be a great way to build consistency and encourage members to share their progress. A simple daily check in could make it even more engaging.

Sometimes the biggest progress starts with noticing one small thing we can improve, Sharing where we get stuck can also help others learn and feel comfortable joining the conversation. What’s one thing you noticed that you’d like to improve this week?
