📢 Important Session Update, Moved to Tomorrow at 8 p.m.
Hi everyone, More than 15 people have reached out today explaining that, because it is the last day of the month, work commitments are particularly demanding and they would not be able to attend tonight’s session. Considering how important this session is, it would be unfair to go ahead when so many people who genuinely want to attend cannot be present. I enjoyed how you used Pathway to Salesforce Support issues to exemplify queues and case assignment rule. At first i thought assignment criteria is only possible with a pickliist field , eg Case Category but today i learnt that even the Description field and Subject Field can be used to define the criteria. Thanks for such an interactive class. Looking forward to Email to case and Web to Case next week.
