7 contributions to Offers To Launch 🚀
I Created A Web-Based Launch Map Planner! 🥳
Ok, it's kind of premature to share this but last night I spent some time creating an interactive Launch Map Planner. When the results are revealed you can also download a PDF version. Does that sound like something that would be helpful to you? @Steve Gast is the only one that has tested it so far. As a member, it will be a free resource added to the classroom. Vote: 👇

So fun! I'm having so much fun seeing what AI can create.
Use Metaphors & Analogies
Hey Offer Launchers! One way to get people to identify whether or not your offer is right for them is to help them see themselves in the pain point you solve and or the desired outcome you provide. One way to get that picture in their mind is to use metaphors and analogies. Use something they are directly dealing with and compare it to something they are familiar with to get the point across instead of just stating facts. Our Anchor post is the facts post. Now we need to help them discover if the offer is right for them, and the best way to do that is for them to see themselves being helped by you or their outcome becoming reality. We want to activate thinking, not just blast our offers. The post I made today in Next Level is an example of this.

Offer Launchers… Pulse Check 👀
We move fast around here. ↓ Ideas offers test phases launches data refinements But I don’t ever want us building in the dark. So let’s pause for a minute. Where are you right now? Are you: – Still in the idea phase and overthinking it – Clear on your offer but stuck on pricing – Avoiding launching even though it’s ready – Mid-launch and second guessing everything – Post-launch and unsure what the data actually means – Or sitting on something you haven’t told anyone about yet Because the phase you’re in determines the kind of support that makes sense. Comment below or DM me with your response. ➡️ Also — quick question about reflections questions. Right now, a lot of our learning happens publicly in posts and comments. That builds shared learning, which I love. But I know not everyone processes best in public. So I’m considering an alternative option where you could: – Fill out a structured reflection doc – Share it directly with me I’d love your input. Poll Question: How do you prefer to process launch reflections?

Offer Launchers… Pulse Check 👀

I'm allowing things to kind of unfold as I get used to Skool and listen to my community. In the meantime, I'm doing small monthly challenges that are a low lift for me, but are creating engagement and growth in the community. If I have a resistance point, it's deciding what to actually include in my premium tier. Something people want, but isn't overwhelming, but is worth paying for. I have an idea brewing, that I'm not quite ready to share. But good things are coming. I can feel it. 🌱

@Mona Weathers I bet you're way more systematic with it than I am. I kind of just throw things in. I do have a dashboard that organizes most things if I start there, but I often don't. I know that's not your niche, but feel free to share your wisdom along the way!
Who's Ready for a 3-Day Soft Launch Challenge?
Hey Offer Launchers! 🚀 I know it’s only been a few days since we launched, but as most of you know… I like to keep things moving. If we can move the needle every day, even a little, we do. I designed the courses inside the classroom to be interactive and reflective on purpose. I don’t want you getting caught up in tiny details — that’s usually where we stall. The real growth happens when you grapple with the questions. The more you think, respond, test, and reflect, the deeper the learning goes. It’s kind of like a 3-year-old asking “Why?” after every answer. That level of curiosity leads to clarity. So let’s lean into that. So here’s my question for today… Are you ready for a 3-Day Soft Launch Challenge? 👀 We can start this coming week. You’ll choose your own start date, run your 3-day soft launch inside your community, track your numbers using the Pre & Post Launch Tracker, and then report back with your data and reflections. Simple. Focused. Action-based. Who’s in? Vote in the poll and drop a comment with: • The date you’re starting OR • Why the timing isn’t right yet Let’s build momentum. 💥

I'm in the middle of a 30 day series in my community. I have an idea for next month and could start with a 3 day soft launch March 6-8.
