April 6th Monday Momentum
We are now entering day 6 of 10k a day for April! How are you doing with it? Today is a new day! Reflect on how you can be more intentional with how often you are moving your body! Why did I decide on 10k a day for the month of April?! HELLO SUMMER! Summer is coming… whether you’re ready or not. Pool days. BBQs. Taking your kids to the park. Being in pictures you actually feel-good in. If you don’t have a plan… you’ll fall back on excuses. If we start now on getting movement in.. we can continue to make good decisions across the board! We can also start here... PROTEIN + CALORIES = RESULTS. Calories = control the scale.. If you want to lose weight calorie deficit.. If you want to build muscle calorie surplus.. Calories control your weight Protein = controls how you LOOK.. Keeps muscle while losing fat.. Helps build lean muscle.. Keeps you full (so you’re not picking at snacks all day).. Protein controls your body composition. 3-Step Game Plan (keep it simple): Plan your day Track your food ahead of time. Don’t “wing it” Build every meal around protein Be intentional. (3 meals + high-protein snacks = you’ll hit your numbers) Use tools when life gets busy.. Whole foods first… supplements when needed.. Stay consistent for 6–8 weeks and watch what happens. Drop ONE thing you’re locking in starting today to get ready! Maybe it is hitting 10k a day.. or drinking over 100 ounces of water.. or like for me.. 7+ hours of sleep! I function and look the best when sleep is a priority for me!

I’m locking in on clean eating and movement!
Day 2 check in!
Here we are locked in! I have been go go go since I woke up! Food is low today. Cardio is high. But we choose to do this. What a privilege. I worked most of the day! So thankful that I get to help you all and grow this mission! It is our duty and obligation if we want to see our society improve. We have to take ownership of our actions! That means taking personal responsibility for our health. That is why the 10k a day matters. We are doing it together. Who else got theirs in?!

April 1 locked in!
Phew what a productive day I have had. I can truly say I have gave it my all today. Started off at 4:30 this am. I had cardio and check in with Coach. Hurried to get ready and eat breakfast before our weekly team call on here. Thennnn headed to the dentist which was a ways out. Ran to the store after because helloo meal prep Thursday before the weekend! Duhhh. Then got some work done. Went to the gym (which is over 40 mins away) got a solid back workout in and had more cardio prescribed to me! Made my way back home to do chores and eat. Now we rested for 20 mins before it was time for laundry and finish chores.. shower.. work.. eat last meal. All to go to bed and do it again tomorrow. YES YES YES. WHAT A PRIVILEGE it is to be so productive or busy. However you want to look at it. Go out there and be great my people. How was your Wednesday!!?

She’s a nurse. A farm wife. A mom of FOUR. The kind of woman who wakes up already needed by everyone else. For six years she was stuck in the same cycle.. diet hard, lose weight, get overwhelmed, overeat, start over. Again. And again. And again. Not because she didn’t care. Not because she didn’t know what to do. But because she was trying to do it alone. When she decided to get my help, it wasn’t about a meal plan. It was about accountability. Structure. Real food. Learning how to eat without guilt. Learning how to have one cookie and not spiral into twelve. She didn’t suddenly get more time. Her schedule didn’t magically clear. The farm didn’t slow down. Her work didn’t get less busy. She just stopped putting herself last. She chose support.She chose to be coached. She chose to stop negotiating with her excuses. And in four months? She’s eating more. She’s stronger. She’s quieter in her mind. She trusts herself again. This isn’t about weight loss. It’s about breaking a six-year cycle. And if a busy nurse, mom of four, and farm wife can do it… So can you. If you’re ready to stop restarting and actually change the way you live.. get my help. It’s Wednesday. The 'new week' excitement has worn off. This is where the box-checkers start to slide. Intentional Energy is about doing the work when the 'feeling' is gone. Today’s Mission: 1. SITREP: Win, Friction, Connection. 2. The Deep Dive: Why are you "really" doing this? If it’s just 'to lose weight,' that’s too shallow. What does being fit allow you to do for your family, your confidence, or your future? 3. The Push: Find someone in the comments who is struggling today and give them a word of encouragement. Be the energy they need. The work remains. Let’s finish the day strong.
