Logging food
Any tips to logging food and meal ideas? Other than be consistent and just do it! 🫣 This is my biggest problem

Simple and consistent. Im pretty good about not eating until my food is logged. As it goes on my plate, it gets weighed and logged.

I did a full leg day for the first time today. I have been so sick and been on two rounds of different antibiotics. It feels good to get back at it. Also super great full for this challenge. I was able to stay active last week, but not overdo it.
