What wild herbs are popping up around you?
We have cleavers- for tea; chickweed- for balm; self heal- for an infused oil; and a wild geranium I have never used.

Cleavers, chickweed and wild lettuce. Mullein has sprouted a pretty rosette.

A plant run makes me happy!
I don’t know about you, but plant buying trips are the best! We will be selling plants at the farm this year and we made our first buying trip.

What’s a favorite herb combo?
I am a big fan of Valerian root and hops. I use them in tinctures and teas to relax muscles and help with sleep. What do you like to put together?
