Some box breathing, darkness and a few minutes of some type of frequency driven music. I try to close my workday with these things before moving back to regular life every evening.

What’s one small change you’ve made (or want to make) for your health, even if it feels tiny? It could be: - Drinking more water - Walking after meals - Cooking one extra meal at home - Reading labels for the first time No fixing. No coaching. Just sharing and awareness. Sometimes saying it out loud is the first step.
