Happy Sunday Family! 😊 Administering your Estate means lawfully stewarding, managing, accounting for, and settling ALL, ALL, ALL assets, rights, and obligations of your estate under proper authority and fiduciary duty. YOU are not delegating administration to a COURT, YOU are actively exercising fiduciary AUTHORITY, YOU are managing, protecting, and accounting for your Estate. YOU are acting by right and duty, NOT permission. With that said it is All day everyday why? Because it's for YOU. It is YOUR estate. The administrative process is where you challenge as the lawful administrator (fiduciary role) and document, document, document your accounting and is your proof of your management it establishes Your Standing=authority Your Duty= shows you are responsible You are in Control= YOU are managing your, affairs. In law and equity, NOTHING exists unless it is DOCUMENTED if it is undocumented it is presumed unmanaged. Don't forget part of that documentation is ledgering... So what am I doing? ~IAM~ ADMINISTERING MY ESTATE!!!!

I have always been one to express myself, and although I have often been misunderstood, I have benefited from doing so. I believe if you don't speak up, you've already lost, so I will always express myself...like it or not. I did not know that the administrative process was a thing until joining this community, and I rock with it...going to court starts here on the paper. I am currently going through the administrative process, and here is the scenario: an original loan was transferred. I did not know this, but once I was notified, I knew it was the best thing to happen. Why, you ask? Because processes & rules need to be followed (usually ones we are not aware of, so lack of knowledge is how we perish). 15-day required notice (disclosure) by the seller was not sent, and I know this from the dates on their notices. They transferred my banking info without my permission, violating CFPB Autopay rules, NACHA rules, and the FTC Unfair Practices Act. They notified me after the transfer took place, which is illegal under RESPA §6 (12 U.S.C. 2605). The letter was signed not by a real person, so there was no responsible party, no bond, no oath, and no authority; this made it a noncommercial piece of mail with no liability. That is just for starters; there is so much more to unpack... this is what I am working on. I will be getting them notarized and mailing all three packets today; the court has begun! I add receipts in a bit.

All my life, anytime things don't go as planned, it's a block to me. It's frustrating, irrtitating and discouraging and it brings me to a full on stop a needed one but I don't give up I put my focus, somewhere else for a bit, then revisit. It took for Minister Melshonda Buchanon to call me that put me on track truth be told she was asking for help and ended up helping me. Real community action here! I was supposed to make it to the courthouse yesterday but ended getting off later than expected and did not want to deal with the traffic or get a ticket for speeding so since I knew I was off today I planned to go this morning. The call last night had me rechecking my paperwork and, revealed a, couple of errors I was able to correct. (There is always a reason) To me things need to fall like domino's so first Montriniki Williams reached out, Minister Melshonda Buchanon and this, Morning Kween Ryisha Bullock all encouraging and prayerful! This again is real community... I love you ladies! 💜💜💜 Today, I walked in the courthouse with FULL CONFIDENCE, I had no defenses, no vangard energy. I had made it a point that everytime I went into the courthouse to talk to this one particular lady... and guess what? She was the one who waited on me in fact when she saw me she called me up and told me to sit right across from her (I had a number but she had me cut the line) I'm not going to lie, this felt good almost like a celebrity... I think I almost was starting to do a Nikki B move but I held back. lol. The lady took ALL my paperwork: Petition for Name Change, Name Petition, and Deed Poll, she filed every bit of it, she also told me it was not a requirement to put it in the paper. (I will anyway) I was in and out so fast and as soon as I got outside yes, I bust the Nikki B move! 😁 Sorry about all the redacting I have to protect my information.
