Hi there, I've known that I need to take more breaks.... and more often... But somehow my brain didn't seem to understand that I had to prioritize them, or just felt like a total waste of time and space π€£.... So from today I'm holding myself (and I hope you can help me here π) accountable that I actually go on a break... even if it's just laying down for 5 minutes.... What breaks do you schedule or try to have as a repeating moment in your days? I'm just so not focused on them... so I feel almost like it's a new habit to develop Some inspiration would be great!!!
