Breaks really do work well for me :-)
Hi there, I've known that I need to take more breaks.... and more often... But somehow my brain didn't seem to understand that I had to prioritize them, or just felt like a total waste of time and space 🀣.... So from today I'm holding myself (and I hope you can help me here πŸ™) accountable that I actually go on a break... even if it's just laying down for 5 minutes.... What breaks do you schedule or try to have as a repeating moment in your days? I'm just so not focused on them... so I feel almost like it's a new habit to develop Some inspiration would be great!!!

@April Terreau ditto 🀣 but my brain seemed to be resetting today and I got up after my coffee and snack instead of doom scrolling as I call it.
Finding day 3 meditation on replay?
I am watching on replay and the video cuts off before the meditation on day 3. Can I find it somewhere? Apologies to do first posting with an ask Jim. I’m just coming to terms with this self diagnosis and struggling to share in community, as the realisations are so overwhelming
