Hello beautiful you! Share with me a new/current realization or breakthrough you may have had! 💡 Here's mine. . . I always say, "this stuff should be taught in schools" or we should be teaching coping skills and energetic practices to kids. My realization today was maybe there needs to be a level of maturity or experience gained before this stuff is accessible or relatable. Without the experience (or pain) it may not be valued or relatable. 🤷‍♀️
