I have been in between vegan, vegetarian and omnivore...leading into full vegan soon.. My daughter is full vegan, her husband vegetarian. A soft sharing from my heart. 🩷 After deep healing, reflection, and inner listening, I feel ready for a new chapter… a rebirth, a gentle rebranding, a shift in energy and direction. Over the time, I have witnessed many beautiful souls in this space. Some of you are just beginning, some are walking through the middle of your journey, and many feel overwhelmed by the idea of being fully raw. And I understand. Truly. Because healing is not rigid. Healing is alive, personal, and ever-evolving. Even after all these years, I too sometimes feel called to ground myself with warm, cooked, nourishing foods. My path remains deeply rooted in raw, living nourishment, but it is no longer only about raw. It is about balance. Wholeness. Listening to the body. Honouring the season you are in. This space is expanding into something more holistic, more gentle, more complete. Healing is not only about food. Yes, nourishment is powerful, it was one of my main gateways. But my true healing also came through movement… through dance… through emotional release… through walking into the depths of my soul… through facing, feeling, and embracing all that I am. In stillness, I found peace. In presence, I found myself. In this journey, I was reborn many times. And now, I feel called to share all of it with you. Not only how to nourish your body… But how to heal your emotions… How to move energy… How to reconnect with yourself… How to find peace within your own vessel… This is a journey of healing, of remembering, of becoming.
