@Hala Taha As a beginner podcaster myself, I am always curious about what shapes someone’s perspective. What made them see the world the way they do. Her book really gets into that. She shares how she thinks, how she built what she built, and why. That context matters to me. It is one thing to follow someone’s work. It is another to understand what made them.

If you're looking to do more in less time, try these 6 strategies: 1️⃣ Write down your goals List out exactly what you need to do to achieve them. 2️⃣ Break it down into time blocks Estimate how many 25 or 45-minute time blocks each task will require. 3️⃣ Identify your peak productivity hours When do you feel most energized and focused? Plan your tasks accordingly. 4️⃣ Block out time for these tasks Schedule these time blocks for deep work. Don’t let distractions win! 5️⃣ Say NO to distractions Commit to staying focused. My most productive moments are when I’m deep in a topic I care about, pulling it apart, intellecting( my gallop strength showing up here), then turning it into something for my Substack, my podcast, or a story I’m ✍️

Yes my podcast is the Joy Shift it’s midlife reinvention for women. And as a writer there is a lot of talk about the Gallup strengths in the community someone you might want to look up on YouTube is Becca Symes she does a lot of content dedicated to strengths and how to work with them as a writer ✍️ creator
You don’t have an action problem. You have a belief problem!
You KNOW what to do…So why aren’t you doing it? This week on YAP, Nir Eyal broke it down simply: 👉 Your beliefs drive your behavior. No belief = no action. No matter how much discipline you try to force. This moment stopped me: I said, “I’m always late.” He paused and said:👉 “Careful. Whatever follows ‘I am’ becomes your identity.” That hit hard! Because I realized… I was reinforcing the exact behavior I wanted to change. If you’re stuck, try this: Stop asking → “What should I do?” Start asking → “What do I believe about myself?” That’s where the real work is. I loved it, Hala. Honestly, it hit differently for me because Byron Katie’s work is something I studied as part of my coaching certification. So when I watched the interview, I wasn’t just listening as a fan. I was watching someone take a methodology I know really well and show it applied in real life. He showed what it actually looks like to run your beliefs through that process and come out the other side. Great interview. You gave him the space to go deep and he delivered, but I’m a huge fan.
