I'm into my 3rd week on 0.25mg. The scales haven't really budged, but I can tell my body is changing. My belt is looser, clothes are fitting a bit nicer, and I just feel better in myself. Side effects I've noticed 1. Sleep: I wake up with a heavy head every day, but I do feel rested. That said, I'm getting noticeably more tired during the day. 2. Heartburn: Hits hard a few times a week, but it doesn't hang around for long. 3. Burping: A bit more frequent than usual, nothing major. I'm trying to hold onto muscle! I've taken on an online coach for the first month to help me minimise muscle loss on this journey. He's set out my calories and macros. Honestly, even when I'm not hungry I've been forcing myself to eat to hit the numbers. This week I'm sitting at 2,930 kcal a day. Current Stats: I'm currently 345.1 lbs (156.5 kg), so yeah… I'm a big bloke. According to my Withings Body Scan, my muscle mass is 207.5 lbs. If that's accurate, there's a beast waiting to burst out from underneath all this fat. 💪 Anyone else in the early weeks?
