I have five different brands across various niches and products. Should I run ads for each brand individually or promote the entire store as a whole?

My supplier sent a ZIP file and a Google PDF with product prices and pictures. I’m unsure how to upload these to my Shopify store since my supplier doesn’t have a Shopify website. Should I use a scraper to extract product details and upload them to my website? I need helpful video links to understand the process clearly.
