“Sugar in Juice” Explained (Without the Fear) 🍎
Hey juice fam! So I know you’ve heard all this talk about all fruit contains natural sugar and all sugar is bad but that isn’t necessarily true. What matters most is your overall day, your activity level, and what you pair it with. 1st solution is to sip your juice. If you sip your juice there will be no point in time where “a lot” of sugar enters the blood stream at once. This only happens if you chug your juice. 2nd solution is to add fiber rich foods into your everyday eating schedule. Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar so can balance that intake throughout the day. All fruits and veggies have fiber while not one single animal based food option has fiber. Not 1 single gram… So just make sure to not chug your juices and to eat fruits and veggies throughout your day and the juice will absolutely benefit your everyday life! “Don’t fear food—learn it.” What juice are you sipping today?

Thanks Julian! I am on day 4 today of the 7 day weight loss juice cleanse. All of the juices work very well, I am not sure which is my fav because they are all so good; I definitely enjoy the ginger hint at the end of a sip of juice…delightful 💚
Day One DONE!
Hello Juice Famiy, Just finished day one. I am passing a lot of gas and I am very hungry. Can we add a little fruit cup or some yogurt in between the juices ? Here’s to Day Two in a few hours

Hey T Girl! You got this! Spring water and herbal teas are so very helpful. I try to be mindful in asking myself are you hungry out of habit or bored. I now I take walks, deep diaphragmatic breathing, meditation, dance, artwork, or journaling to re-center myself. You will be amazed if you choose to eat a raw piece of fruit. Also if this is okay with Julian 😉 I soak a tablespoon of organic chia seeds in 8-10poz of water or my 8 pm fruit juice. It is very helpful with any night-time hunger pangs 💚💚💚💚

Very nice dish Julian! love salads and just learned about making pumpkin seed yogurt and creating salad dressing with cilantro, avocado, cayenne, Pura Dyme enzymes, protein and probiotics creating a protein dense salad dressing and all raw vegan. I will take pics next time 💚
