Who are the Egun?
Understanding Egungun: The Living Presence of the Ancestors Egungun (Egun) is a Yoruba term meaning “ancestor” or “the collective ancestral spirits.” In traditional Yoruba spirituality, death is not viewed as an ending but as a transition from the visible world into the ancestral realm. The Egungun represent: - Family ancestors - Community ancestors - Spiritual elders - Protectors of the lineage - Custodians of wisdom and tradition The Yoruba teach that those who lived honorable lives may become revered ancestors who continue to guide and bless their descendants.

Meditation For OSA MEJI
For 2026–2027 a simple meditation on Òsá Méjì could be: “I move with wisdom, not fear.I welcome transformation without losing myself.I honor my ancestors, respect the powers of creation, and walk in humility. What is meant for me cannot be blown away by any wind.” Say everyday!!

May 18 2026 Energy This Week
This week carries a strong energy of transition, clearing, and decision-making. The atmosphere feels like people are being pushed to face what they have avoided — emotionally, financially, spiritually, and even politically. There is a restless current in the air, but also an opening for wisdom and correction if people slow down enough to listen. - organizing your thoughts and plans, - protecting your peace from unnecessary drama, - and focusing on practical stability instead of emotional confusion. Spiritually, this is a week for grounding. Ancestor energy feels closer when people are quiet, reflective, and intentional. Dreams, repeated signs, and strong intuitions may become more noticeable. It is a good week for prayer, cleansing baths, journaling, meditation, or spending time near nature or water. In relationships, communication matters more than emotion this week. Some people may reveal hidden frustrations, while others may finally speak honestly after holding things in. Avoid reacting too quickly to gossip, rumors, or emotionally charged conversations. Health-wise, many people may feel: - fatigue, - chest or sinus congestion, - digestive imbalance, - dehydration, - headaches from stress or weather pressure shifts, - and emotional exhaustion. Rest, hydration, lighter foods, and reducing overstimulation will help. Weather energy feels unstable in several regions — quick storms, heat swings, strong winds, or unusual atmospheric heaviness. Many people may feel emotionally sensitive before weather changes. Financially, the energy favors caution rather than impulsive spending. This is a better week for planning, restructuring, and preparing than gambling on uncertain situations. The strongest message for the week is:Protect your energy, move with wisdom, and let clarity come before action.

Return To Sender Ritual
Items needed: cola nut, red earth, bowl, palm oil, sea salt. Hold the cola nut in your left hand and pray over it to return all rituals, spells, or witchcraft back to sender, to enemies known and unknown. Place red earth in a bowl. Dig into the center of the red earth. Place the cola nut in the middle of the earth. Pour palm oil over it. Pour sea salt over it. Pray again. Leave in the sun for three days. After three days, take it and dump it at the base of a tree. Your enemies will be exposed “ Ancestors who walk with me, Witness this work. I call for balance, not harm. What is not mine, I return to its rightful place.”
