Before You Write the Book...
People often ask me how to start writing a book.📕 My answer usually surprises them. ❤️ I don't start with chapters. ❤️ Or outlines. ❤️ Or word counts. I start with one question. "What changed you?" Because books aren't built on information alone. They're built on transformation. ✨ When you discover the story beneath your experiences, writing becomes less about filling pages and more about inviting someone into a journey. Your story doesn't have to be dramatic. It just has to be honest. And sometimes, the story you almost leave out is the one readers remember the most. What's one experience that changed the way you see yourself?

@Dani Rosenblad James Well .. no its just i never questioned other peoples starting process when it comes to writing. "I start with one question. What changed you?" it makes since, just not where i start. ... maybe it is, just in a different way.🤔😇

My SKOOLx Signature Talk- Vote Now!
The Day My Shoes Melted: A Powerful Lesson About Persistence and Finishing What Matters This is my official entry for SKOOLx, and it's now live for voting. My talk is about taking that next step to get to your goal. I'll be honest, putting this together pushed me. I wrote this over so many times and focused on it for days. Then, I practiced it for hours and hours. But I'm proud of myself for finally allowing it to be finished. Sure, it needs work. But isn’t that why they’re having this competition, to help us make it better? If you feel that this resonates with you, I'd really appreciate your vote. Every vote counts and my dream is to make it to the finals! So, I'd love to have your support behind me with your melted shoes! 😉 (No shoes were harmed in the making of this talk) Vote here: https://forms.gle/bbqBf65BFVQaqvmP7 Voting ends on Monday, June 22nd! Check out the other competitors at The Public Speaking Community! Many great speeches to choose from! Thanks for your support! What did you think of my talk? Share in the comments! What Are You Ready to Stop Carrying Alone?
Writing a book can feel lonely when everything stays in your head. The idea. The pressure. The doubt. The “what if this actually matters?” feeling. But it doesn’t have to stay there. What part of your book are you ready to stop carrying alone? Drop it below, or use this as your private journal prompt today.

I Done Did It!
I've officially finished production on my first audiobook! It's available on YouTube. It's a short book, but packs a lot in. My marketing strategy with this one is to release it for free on YouTube, and Substack, and soon I'll release the chapters separately, too. I figure that way I can catch readers and listeners who like short-form and/or long-form audio, and maybe entice them to get a copy on Amazon or Audible. Mostly, I'm hoping this will get me booked on more podcasts and that will lead to speaking engagement. That's the vision. https://youtu.be/CxG9cv8I-ig

What I Look for on a 1:1 Book Call
A 1:1 call with me is not about me throwing random advice at you. It’s about finding the gap within the book process. The problems that you’re dealing with. 🤔 Usually, I’m looking for: 🤔 💭 Is the concept clear? 💭 Is the reader or story promise defined? 💭 Is the structure strong enough to carry the book? 💭 Is the timeline realistic? 💭 Does the writer need strategy, accountability, publishing support, or all three? Sometimes the next step is simple. Sometimes we find the exact reason the book has been stuck for months. 📖 If you’ve been wondering whether your book idea has enough shape to move forward, book a call.📱 We’ll look at the terrain together. 🤗
