Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers here. I want to hire a setter for my chiro agency to handle all lead Communications outside of automations and calling. However i truly have no idea how much i would need to pay for a competent setter (and what is fair of course). I'm guessing i should hire native english speakers? or can i get away with a cheaper setter from the phillipines (that often speak english very well) to begin with? What would ya'll recommend?
