I created a simple workout tracker app. I recently started logging my workouts and all the apps are generally pay only or riddled with ads. I had chatgpt create me code, tell me where to plug it in and deploy it. It can be saved as a home screen using safari on mac or iphone. I had to tweak it numerous times to get what I wanted. I'll continue to work on it and see what else I can have chatgpt do. This may be useful for some of ya'll who track exercises. Take a look! https://fitrack1.netlify.app/

With the MAHA movement gaining momentum I’ve been curious to possibly start and sell beef tallow based skin care products targeting an audience that values a healthy lifestyle minimizing chemicals and other pollutants into their bodies. Attached is a pdf

@Michael Wish thanks. I’ve already my own product that I use myself. I used ChatGPT to give me the recipe. I’ve made my own toothpaste free from fluoride, sunscreen free of chemicals and a face moisturizer.
Grateful
Bear with me, I have a few “wins” that I wanted to unload (not all AI-related, but still happy about): 1. Bought the domain for my website 2. VA fixed my tooth, even though it’s a cosmetic procedure 3. Visa for Korea was approved 4. Had a great meeting with my Accelerator team last week where we discussed real estate options and AI, including this course 🙌🫶👊

When are you visiting Korea? I’m actually heading there right now. Somewhere over the Pacific Ocean at this moment.
Welcome to AI or Die!!!
Glad you’re here! Let’s kick things off—drop an intro below with: 1. Your AI comfort level (brand new, dabbler, or confident). 2. Where you’re at in your side hustle or business journey. 3. What you want most from this community. This is how we’ll connect and help each other grow. Let’s go!!!

Here are 3 RTCO prompts that I have created. 1) You are an expert nutritionist and fitness coach. Create a meal and workout plan. This plan is for a mid 30’s male who is already an avid gym goer and who knows proper nutrition. Format it in a step by step process with detailed recipes and workouts for each day and week. Attached is the pdf document of the plan. 2) You are a captain of an airplane. You want to create a crew preflight briefing. You value open dialogue and team building so you want to incorporate that into the briefing to let the first officer feel comfortable to speak up. The briefing should include company procedures, threat and error management, aircraft status regarding any maintenance write ups, crew limitations, environmental threats such as weather or terrain. Format in bullet points. Crew Preflight Briefing - Introduction & Team Culture Welcome aboard — today we’ll work as one crew. I value open communication: if you see something, say something — no hesitation. We’re here to support each other and maintain a safe, professional, and efficient flight. - Company Procedures Standard operating procedures (SOPs) apply at all times unless safety dictates otherwise. Callouts, checklist discipline, and sterile cockpit rules will be strictly followed. Decision-making will be collaborative, but I’ll take command responsibility when required. - Threat and Error Management (TEM) We’ll proactively identify threats and discuss how to mitigate them. If an error occurs, speak up immediately so we can manage it together. Encourage a “catch each other” mentality — error trapping is part of teamwork. - Aircraft Status Review logbook for any open maintenance write-ups. Verify Minimum Equipment List (MEL) or Configuration Deviation List (CDL) items, if applicable. Confirm deferred maintenance items and their operational impact. - Crew Limitations & Considerations Check duty limits, rest compliance, and any personal fitness-for-duty concerns. Be open about anything (fatigue, stress, illness) that might affect performance. Verify currency and qualification requirements as per company policy. - Environmental Threats Weather: Review forecast enroute and at destination/alternates. Terrain: Special considerations for departure, arrival, or diversion airports. ATC/Traffic: Anticipate congested airspace or potential flow restrictions. Other factors: Crosswinds, turbulence, contaminated runways, or NOTAMs. - Cabin & Ground Coordination Establish communication plan with cabin crew. Coordinate with ground operations regarding fueling, loading, and deicing (if needed). - Open Dialogue & Closing Please speak up with questions, concerns, or suggestions at any time. Let’s build situational awareness together — two sets of eyes and minds are stronger than one. Final check: Are we all comfortable and ready for departure?
