The best thing in my opinion is to overcome insecurities is to talk more to your target. I am aware it will be super uncomfortable but you would have to take the difficult road. As I had to do the same as well as I am an Indian and I call in the UK and brits can be difficult sometimes but all that helped me was dialing more. Try making at least 200+ calls a week and you will be golden. Trust me bru you will be a pro in no time. Also use Giulio's script, it really works but you would have to put in the work. Always been cold calling. The origin story is not fancy at all, I had no idea what to do and I got myself a Cold calling job at a very shady business and had fair amount of success but the business shut down in 2 months without paying me and then became a recruiter and then got into Core Sales.

I can second that a lot of people I am speaking with are either already on holidays or they are half asleep at this point. But I am still dialing!!! I would have to agree with @Ivan Sukhenko the competition has already given up as it the holiday times nobody will respond. This make it all the more easier for me. Keep dialing man!

AI Cold calling is great and all but I think practicing in the real world is better & has helped me. You might goof up a few times but it is better to do a real call and listen to the recordings and get learnings out of it.
