Much Needed VagusSkool.com Web Update - Now with 3D Anatomy Viewer for Finding your Vagus Nerve
Hey Vagus Skoolers ! I have exciting news! Go to vagusskool.com/anatomy And you will now be able to see a medically relevant shot of where the Vagus Nerve is in your Neck - in 3D ! Best to view it on a Desktop or Laptop computer - might not work great on your phone FYI. As months go, I am going to *try* to add more 3d Anatomy locations - but for now, enjoy this one, which is arguably - the one most of you should be doing anyways. Also, to answer the obvious question, I know at least one of you will be asking "That's the left side, but is it in a different location on the right side of the neck ?" No, it's not different on the right side. In fact, it would be in the identical, almost mirror image reflection also on the right side of your neck. Go visit it, see if it loads on your computer, let me know what you think, and what other anatomical things you would like to see next ! Sincerely, -Sterling

I've been doing it where it branches out into 2, I use the corner of the jaw bone as my reference spot
Major Breakthrough: An Easier Way To Target Inflammation Effectively Through Abdomen
This research is actually more important that I initially realized* We may be able to target abdominal regions (no more spleen location - which is difficult) if this research holds up and expands further, I don't see why it wouldn't scale up, this could be massive for US-1000 and US-2000 Pro owners, you guys are so darn lucky ! Recent research confirms that transcutaneous focused ultrasound applied to the epigastrium suppresses systemic inflammation by modulating subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve fibers. This non-invasive approach utilizes acoustic pressure to stimulate mechanosensitive vagal afferents. In controlled rodent models, a 10-minute application at 1 MHz resulted in a 180% increase in vagal firing. The physiological result is a significant downregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Data shows a 48% reduction in TNF-α and a 42% drop in IL-1β within two hours of stimulation. The mechanism targets the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway. By increasing efferent tone, ultrasound signals the spleen to inhibit cytokine release via α7nAChR receptors on macrophages. Human feasibility trials demonstrate a 30% cytokine reduction. This bioelectronic intervention offers a precise, drug-free alternative for managing rheumatoid arthritis, IBD, and sepsis. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41671184

so on the graphic it shows the belly fat which would be around the belly button, but on google search images it shows the epigastrium is between the sternum and belly button. which is the correct area? I'm suffering from abit of inflammation ATM, so its great timing
unsure if ultrasonic is working
I tried for the first time today my US2000, it does seem to work with water on the head, but unsure when on body, but I did seem to produce more saliva, so maybe it did, is this a sign? The low seems very low, hardly noticeable with the water
How Ozempic And The Vagus Nerve Supercharge Your Biological Highways (Microtubules) :D
Interesting thing about Ozempic, Wegovy, Tirzepitide, etc, is that these explicitly are targeting the Vagus Nerve. So by proxy, could this open the door to discovering that simple VNS techniques, including Ultrasound, may actually be enhancing our Microtubules ? This would be one heck of a discovery ! Think of your pancreas as a high-stakes construction site where the neighbors are constantly yelling helpful advice over the fence. The α-cell is the overachieving foreman who sees a sugar rush and decides the internal highways need a serious upgrade. It sends out a GLP-1 signal—a "build faster" memo—that hits the β-cell next door like a double-shot of espresso. Suddenly, the β-cell’s internal tracks (microtubules) aren't just growing; they’re sprinting 1.8 times faster than before. This isn't a scramble; it’s precision engineering. The roads get reinforced, helping insulin cargo find the exit 45% more efficiently. Our cells aren't just lonely workers; they’re a synchronized pit crew keeping the metabolic traffic flowing. Who knew neighborly gossip was the secret to keeping our biological highways from turning into a total parking lot? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41511443

I received my us 2000 today, so I will see if it helps or not, I'm on retatrutide so maybe it may work better
new device
I saw on Sterlings X post that there was going to be a new ultrasound machine that does 40HZ, when will that be coming out as I was going to buy a device, but I might aswell wait until this one comes out, as long as it does all the frequencies that the US 2000 pro does.
