In the first 6 months of the business, I had an “evening projects” deep work time of day. It was actually 10pm - 2am. At the time working full time made building the business harder so had to find the time (sacrifice sleep - coffee helped 😮‍💨) It’s not advised long term but short term, I think I found an additional 500 hours of working time to get ahead.
