@Jordan Ovejas Glad this helped :-) This is tighter. But you’re still describing the idea — not the mechanism. Right now: “founders show up daily” = vague“proof-of-work layer” = abstract What actually happens? Big gap: What is the visible output of one day? Is it: - a shipped feature? - a revenue number? - a public log? - a streak? If I join today — what do I produce in 2 minutes? Your core loop needs to be sharper: User action → visible proof → feedback → repeat Right now it’s still: “log daily” Questions you need to answer: 1. What counts as a “valid day”? 2. What makes this different from a habit tracker? 3. What does someone else see that proves I’m serious? Push this further: You’re basically building:→ a public execution layer for founders So make it real: - daily proof - visible streak - social pressure Next step (don’t overthink): Define this in one line: 👉 “A valid day = ___” Then build ONLY that flow. Everything else is noise.
