Help! Cucumber Spotted Beetles have been spotted!!!
Hello Gardeners. I am a very new gardener and was wondering if you can help me fight off this pest with your tried and true solutions. I am researching online too but would love to hear what you do about these issues. I have pear and peaches trees along with a few vegetables and fruit beds. I am seeing these things everywhere. I would be so bummed to see everything die. Please help. Thank you for your help, knowledge and gardening wisdom. I truly appreciate any help i receive.

Hi there, I am in the San Antonio area of Texas. I am brand new to gardening and am so intimidated by all the things theres is to know about growing a garden, specially with this Texas heat. Like when things tell me to plant them in full sun....are they talking Texas sun , or Maine sun? Cause there is a difference and im not sure how to make the right call. Im being challeneged by gardening because I have a personality that "I hate wasting my time" and gardening makes me feel like I may be wasting my time cause what if im doing it all wrong and nothing grows....... but what if it does ? Im holding on to that bit of hope...what if it does. I started setting up garden bed and clesring out my yard this last weekend to prepare for planting in a week or 2 when it warms up a bit. So far, it has been really relaxing and I can see why people love gardening so much. I went to a Master Gardeners class they had in my area last night and it was wonderful meeting so many other Gardeners with years of experience. Im hoping they'll take me under their wing and teach me the ins and out of growing in this clay soil and extreme heat. Happy growing yall!
Kinda FAT!
Planted asparagus last year and let them grow all year.... Couple are starting coming up. As thick as my finger! Hope I get a good harvest. 🤞
