Do any of you guys know any tips for improving wrist mobility for floor planche?Any exercises?
Explosive power in strength dynamics
Hi guys, I want to ask if you have any tips for improve that explosive strength for planche pushups to finger planche transitions or clapping handstand pushups, front pulls. If I do them fast they are always being dead form. Do you guys have any cheats for that topic. If I do them a lot so they can be easy for me(like doing lots of hspus will unlock clapping hspu?) and I can go fast I think ,but do I need to train for it?

My POV on 1 arm pullups
Hi guys I created the first post about topic you chose - this time my POV on one arm pull ups. Its the first post of this kind I am doing so it is not perfect yet, I was tlking with just a little preparation, I dont have a mic or techic to make it perfect, I am not a native english speaker and i made some mispronaunciations and swiched some words by accident (front lever and one arm pull up for example). Structure: 1. Introduction 2. Are 1 arm pull ups usefull for your progress? 3. Disadvantages 4. Advantages 5. Better exercises 6. Solving the problem of chosing an usefull exercises for you Please guys, give me your opinion and feedback, consult in the coments, tell me what to improve ore ask questions. I would really like to build an helpful environment here. Progress well, V

Is it really beneficial to do weighted pull ups
Guys I watched Nathan's video and he is saying he has never done weighed dips or pull ups. Weighted dips is not transferable to skills but skill training is transferable to weigted things. If the goal is the skills train specificly for it he says. And you will be good at weighted things too. But I do weighted dips/pulls after my push or pull sessions for a last move and I like them. But I can do like specific front or planche exercises too. I am into this sport 1 and half year. I don't have a problem with strenght I think. So doing some special moves for skills would be better. But I see Simon is doing weghted pull ups after front lever sessions. I am really confused guys..

I have never seen any top level athlete doing one arm pull ups. I did not learn it but I have front, front pulls.Do I really need to learn it?Is one arm pull up transferable to any other advanced skill?I have the strength for it but I did not train for it.I trained for mostly front because they don't do oapull ups any competition. Isn't it such a waste of time if I am not fan of it..
