Greetings everyone, happy to be here. Been watching videos a long time finally just putting my foot on the pedal. My names Kenyon from Upstate NY, look forward to hopefully network, learn, and help others in the group. Just used AI to make a contract and made my first offer ever yesterday off of my first text I had my first phone conversation with an agent. So my feet is in the water time to dive in

I am new here excited to learn about resources for land deals. My goal is to have proceeds from land to purchase storage units. It's seems like lofty goal. But, I am willing to learn and take action.
