For now, your best bet/quickest fix is to link your calendar to the Skool events, but I think post reminders might make the community a bit bloated. I coulda sworn Skool natively has event reminders though

You already have the numbers and the following built up, but I think the content - especially YT - could be tweaked. 1) Like Harleen mentioned, in MMO people get jumpy hearing income claims, but one of the 1st things that comes to mind to take care of this would be more case studies on your channel (from those old clients). You already mention briefly as social proof in both IG and YT, but a more in-depth breakdown of their transformations ALONG with the mindset content covers more of the funnel. I'd also still keep making the "what is Digital Synthesis?" videos, but I also recommend you start covering videos in the same niche (for example, "ranking the best AI models for creating digital products") while keeping the multiple-CTA video format in place. 2) Conversations as soon as they book the call are also good to have, and doing in IG dm's rather than SMS allows you to always remind them of who you are and what a conversation with you entails (as opposed to SMS or email). Of course, if they don't respond via IG, use email, but if you're willing to, look into Linq/Sendblue [hijack reminders & convos via iMessage for authority] if the budget allows so that you're not mixing things up in your Messages app.) Your blueprint, Gamma slideshow, other document leadmagnets, and an unlisted Youtube playlist will definetly play a hand in that pre-call conversation, and make sure you either use Google Docs to make sure they actually read the doc, or see if Gumroad can do this natively. (The Poe chatbot personality is still another magnet you could consider, or even downsell if you decide to start using routing forms). 3) Also agree with the re-targeting, I'd make this more of a priority, or just go through your existing client database to find the qualified leads that you liked working with, compile that into a CSV and upload that into Biz manager (use as a Custom audience).
