Booked Call Nurturing Automation Question
@Montell Gordon or @Harleen Singh , working on personalizing the Booked Call Nurturing automation with my own emails, texts, and voicemails. I'm stuck on the "testimonials" though since I don't have any. So instead, I made a conditional in my pipeline (screenshot attached). Will this work until I get a testimonial or is this stupid? Note: The current "no testimonials" conditional just continues the automation without the testimonials, and uses the "If workflow trigger is Sales Call Booked" (which I don't see why it wouldn't be that).
