Im stuck at 6.5-7hrs sleep per night. I need 1-2 hours by myself in silence after everyone else in my house goes to sleep in order for me to go to sleep peacefully, and then I'm the first one up to wake everyone else up.
Option 1- closed my eyes and envisioned the next task on my to-do list. The breathing helped me lock in and focus only on that particular task. I'm beginning to wonder if my Peak performance window has been established by me creating my work day around accomplishing things before my kids get out of school at 3:00. Because once they get home my productivity goes down immediately.
I've been doing this everyday without realizing it. I wake up and take my dog for a walk, then come home and make breakfast. Then I turn my phone on to get bombarded with telemarketers LOL.
Short break- After completing my work during my peak performance. I cold plunged for 4 minutes in my backyard...dressed and returned to my desk...reviewed my remaining to-do list...and felt like I had just awakened from a long nap.
