Hello, Questions - in the deal with the cash buyer, am I to have a contract with him or her for the whole 70% or just the amount after estimated renovations? Do I tell the cash buyer how much the renovations will cost or is that up to them as the buyer? I saw on the dealulator the calculation of the amount after renovations. I just want to make sure. Please advise, thank you.
