πŸ‘‹ Hi, I’m Kendra Lee!
Hi, my name is Kendra Lee. I live in Mountain View AR, and I plan on making $5,000+ per month dispatching trucks. Here are the 3 things I want to get from this course/community: 1. Master the systems and structure to run a high-performing, reliable dispatching business 2. Build connections with other driven, growth-minded dispatchers 3. Learn the strategies that help me scale quickly and confidently into long-term income And for fun, I love to: 1. Lift weights and get into that β€œmeditation in motion” flow 2. Create transformational content for people evolving into their power 3. Travel, explore beautiful spaces, and recharge in nature

πŸ”₯ How to Become a PRO Dispatcher (Clear Steps + Pitfalls to Avoid)
Hey, team! This breakdown will get you there a lot faster and with a lot less stress if you're serious about becoming a Pro Dispatcher, not just "someone who books loads." A pro dispatcher is someone carriers trust, brokers respect, and load boards don't intimidate. Here's how to get there: 1️⃣ Learn the Basics First and Foremost A professional dispatcher knows: How lanes work How rates change by region How to Negotiate Confidently How to plan 2–3 loads ahead How to communicate clearly with drivers & brokers How to structure their day as if it were a business Most beginners skip this… pros don't. 2️⃣ Pitfalls That Stop Most New Dispatchers (And How to Avoid Them) ❌ Pitfall #1: Relying only on load boards Most new dispatchers sit refreshing DAT all day. Build broker relationships. One good broker can outperform 3 load boards. ❌ Pitfall #2: Booking cheap freight out of desperation Beginners grab anything that moves. Know the minimum RPM of your carriers and never go below that. Protect your carriers as a broker would protect their shipper. ❌ Pitfall #3: Poor communication Drivers don't like not knowing what's going on. Brokers hate silence. Fix: Over-communicate. Update early, update often. ❌ Pitfall #4: No structure to your day Waking up without a plan = chaos. Correcting: Morning: book loads Lunchtime: Check calls + plan tomorrow Afternoon: paperwork + invoices Evening: prep loads for next day ❌ Pitfall #5: Thinking a million carriers are needed. Beginners chase 50 trucks before they can prove they can manage 1. Start with ONE truck, create systems, then scale. 3️⃣ The Game Plan to Become a Pro Dispatcher πŸ“Œ Step 1: Learn your niche. Choose one (dry van, reefer, flatbed) and learn : Best lanes Worst lanes Seasonal patterns Rate expectations Pros don't guess; they know. πŸ“Œ Step 2: Build Your Carrier Experience Begin with 1–2 trucks. Expertise in master scheduling, negotiating, routing, and load planning with a small handful first. πŸ“Œ Step 3: Build Broker Relationships

$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨
@Tandra Hill got laid off from her job in May 2025… And in the last 30 days, she’s signed around 10 carriers and lined up ~$20,000/month in potential revenue dispatching trucks. Here’s how it happened πŸ‘‡πŸ½ (NOTE: Full interview is posted below…) Just a few months ago, Tandra was a receiving supervisor at a hazardous waste plant. Her boss controlled: - Her schedule - Her income - And even the level of respect she got at work Then they β€œdownsized”… and she was one of the people let go. She was tired of being replaceable and decided this time had to be different... Her first plan? Start a box truck company. She watched my YouTube videos, ran the numbers, and realized: Buying the truck + maintenance + all the startup costs would almost wipe out her savings and investments… …plus she didn’t even know how to drive a box truck yet. She didn’t want a careless risk. She wanted a calculated one. That’s when she pivoted to truck dispatching. She was already inside Dispatcher University (LITE), she saw the community + free course, and thought: β€œLet me actually give this dispatching thing a real shot.” So she took the risk and joined the paid Dispatcher University course + community. And here's what happened in the last 30 days... β†’ She joined the "Dispatch Games" (our 30-day challenge to post content + run ads) β†’ Watched the Week 4 Facebook Ads training inside the paid course β†’ Set her ad budget (aimed to spend $500, capped at ~$600) β†’ Used ChatGPT to create ad images + recorded one simple video β†’ Ran the Facebook ads exactly how it’s taught inside Dispatcher University The result? β†’ ~10 carriers signed in about 30 days β†’ Roughly $20,000/month in potential revenue (once trials roll off) β†’ So many carriers that she actually had to let a few go to focus on her core group No truck. No massive startup costs. No cold calling. Just one skill, one traffic source, and one decision to bet on herself. When I asked what she’d tell someone on the fence, her message was simple:
$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨
