The Moment I Realized I Didn’t Know Who I Was
Most mental health struggles don’t start with stress. They start when our sense of worth is tied to performance. There was a season where nothing was wrong…but I still felt empty. I was doing the right things, staying busy, making progress on paper. And yet, the quieter life got, the more anxious I felt. That’s when it hit me, if I wasn’t producing or proving something, I didn’t know who I was anymore. That wasn’t burnout...That was an identity crisis. Most mental health struggles don’t come from laziness or weakness. They come from tying our worth to performance. Your worth doesn’t come from what you do. Your peace isn’t something you earn. Mental health improves when identity is rooted in being, not performing. What false identity do you need to let go of?

An identity that someone else defined for me.
This Is What’s Actually Holding You Back...
Most people aren’t stuck because they lack discipline. They’re stuck because fear is quietly driving their decisions. You don’t stay busy by accident. Busyness is often protection from clarity. You don’t procrastinate because you don’t care. You procrastinate because finishing would force a decision that's difficult to make. You don’t fear failure as much as you fear the judgement that can come from it. And you don’t fear success as much as you fear responsibility. When fear is in the driver’s seat, logic doesn’t matter. You'll always choose comfort over growth. Real progress starts when you stop letting fear make choices for you. What fear has been driving you lately?

@Weston Richey I feel this! Not being good enough professionally, not being worth it personally. It’s a struggle to fight those demons. But you ARE good enough. ✨

@Weston Richey Mercy is deciding not to keep condemning myself. Grace is what fills that space—it’s permission to heal, grow, and keep going + pushing for my dreams. To release the hold guilt has on me for currently feeling like I'm not at my best — as a daughter, cousin, friend.
