Update on Free Public Skool Group
My first pages of content on the new open Skool AI for Ministry group are now coming up in Google/other search results. It took a total of 22 days from when the group was created for any of the indexed pages to come up in first 2 pages of Google search results. Of course, ranking depends on where people are located, but it's working quicker than I expected. Skool obviously has a high authority rating with around 40 million visits a month. It holds a global rank around #1,200 and a U.S. Rank of #785 FYI- I'm not coming up in AI summaries yet, but I figured that would take time.

I come from a land downunder 🇦🇺 G'day
Hey everyone 👋 just dropping in as I'm curious about this. Looks very interesting. I'm an online pastor who loves marketing and have run an agency the serves churches for the last 5 years. I'm about to launch a product. Where are y'all from?

Lead Magnet Ideas
So currently, I have a lead magnet on my site for a free website audit (via BrightLocal). I’ve got a few hits from it, but not anything consistent. Other lead magnet ideas I have for SEO/Visibility include: - Ultimate optimization checklist (SEO+AI) - Content templates for Home/Minsitry/Giving pages - 30 minute consult (free) or a 5-minute look video audit (Obviously, haven’t thought of a name for them) Other lead magnets from church marketers I’ve seen include “Church SaaS checklist” or something about Google Ad Grant. Thoughts?

Dilion makes a good point people want to see the value they are getting. Have you tested any of these
SEO/AI Visibility Guy
Haven’t introduced myself, but I’m Luke aka “The Content Pastor” I have been working on my business to help churches with SEO/Ai Visibility (or what can be summarized as Brand Visibility imo). Had a few clients by chance, but haven’t found what works to get leads. I’ve been following @Dillon Smith for a while and will probably try the CTA method soon. My cold outreach campaign isn’t working (surprise surprise I guess). I’ve had a handful of conversations but no customers. I have some lead magnet ideas, so I’ll post to get feedback. Other than that, I am also a Youth Director at a small Methodist church (as of 2 weeks ago), married for 5.5 years and have a 10 month old son.

Church Secret Shopper Checklist & Pricing?
I'm wrapping up my 52 Churches in 52 Weeks tour and have developed a Secret Church Shopper Checklist with 160 specific questions. The result is a pretty comprehensive report. I'm exploring the idea of also offering a "done for you" audit service by hiring locals who use my system and I analyze everything for accuracy. Has anyone had experience with church audits or mystery visitor services? I'm having trouble finding good information online, particularly around pricing. I want to make sure I position this service appropriately, so any insight into what churches are currently paying for this kind of audit would be really helpful.

I find this interesting so this is a tool to help churches grow or just to see areas of improvment
