Hi! I’m Kelsey. I live in Vancouver, WA, and though I don’t suffer from a chronic illness, I am always interested in learning how to use food and supplements to promote a healthy lifestyle long-term. I quit drinking alcohol over 2 years ago, and that one change radically changed my life - physically and mentally. As an active, 41 year old women, I know perimenopause is on the horizon and am interested in learning more about managing hormones in the future. I’m an avid cyclist, skier, and outdoor enthusiast.
