Hey everyone 👋 My name is Kelsey, and I’m brand new to real estate investing. I’m currently learning the basics and planning to get started with bird-dogging, with the goal of transitioning into wholesaling as I gain experience. I’ve been watching the Land AI videos and it really clicked for me that I need to acknowledge the AI boom and move with the times instead of against them. The idea of using cold callers who hand off to AI to streamline lead intake and follow-up sounds like a smart way to work more efficiently and scale faster, especially as a beginner.
