@Janice Chan Ok, now I have to know what exactly is in a Caterpillar roll. It's so annoying that there's no "industry standard" on rolls other than California and Philly rolls. One restaurants "dragon roll" may be 100% different from another restaurant. Caterpillar sounds interesting; does it have cucumbers sticking out of the ends to resemble antennae?

If you havenβt watched Yet, donβt hesitate to do that asap. Starting July 1st, weβre moving to a tiered platform. The community discussion group will always be free, but we will begin our advanced learning opportunities with weekly videos, Q&A sessions and more! Weβre super stoked to teach you so many new things!!!

We have community members from England, Poland, Germany, Italy, French Guyana, British Columbia Canada and of course the USA. While there are only 58 of us today, we are a pretty good representation of the a global community who all have something that we love in common. This is a great way for us to all come together and spread some love all across the world!
