@Chris Moore I love love love Nevada City and Grass Valley and it's just over an hour drive. My parents lived in GV in the 70s and my brother was born there. Oddly, I was born in Minneapolis a year and a half later. My parents were traveling hippies ☺️

@Chris Moore That's baddass! One of these summers, I'm going to do an RV trip. Too many gorgeous places not to take advantage of experiencing in this short lifetime. I did manage to travel to a few countries in Western Europe in my twenties and lived in London for a stretch. What started the inspiration to travel happened in early childhood during a lockdown in the basement (in Minneapolis) as a tornado ripped through my neighborhood. We had lanterns, blankets and tons of National Geographic magazines to pass the time. They brought me to different worlds right there within that dark and damp basement. Yay! Looking forward to this call :) Question: I recently broke my foot and will require surgery. What do you recommend to keep from losing progress without risking further injury and to speed up the healing process? I'm figuring I'll have to focus mostly on upper body but I also want to get cardio in somehow. I just purchased Nimai and Bianca's vegan collagen powder, but any other supplement recommendations are welcomed.
