One thing we focus on heavily inside our group coaching… Sunday meal prep Not perfection. Not hours in the kitchen. Just simple, supportive choices that make your week feel easier. Because when your week gets busy (and it will)… you don’t rise to your goals you fall back on what’s prepared This week, we made these high-protein chocolate muffins and I have to share… They’ve been a favourite in our house. Quick. Simple. And actually support energy + cravings (not spike them) And honestly… this is the best part of what we’re building inside this space: One of our amazing students shared this recipe and now it’s something my whole family is benefiting from. That’s the power of community We don’t do this alone.
