I would need to know if any repairs are needed to the property. Are there any other rooms for rent in the area? How much is the mortgage, plus property tax and insurance would be.
🎉 Welcome to the Coliving Investing Community! 🏡
Hey everyone — I’m so excited you’re here! I started this community because I saw a real need for a space where investors, landlords, and entrepreneurs could learn how to maximize rental income through coliving, room rentals, and shared housing models — while also solving the affordable housing crisis in a sustainable way. Whether you're: - Just getting started with real estate investing - Already managing your first rent-by-the-room property - Or scaling a full-on coliving rental portfolio …you’re in the right place. This is a no-fluff, supportive space where we’ll share: ✅ Real-world experiences ✅ Systems that work ✅ Resources to help you grow faster ✅ And lessons learned (yes — including the mistakes!) 👇 Drop a comment and introduce yourself! Tell us: 1. Where you’re located 2. What stage you’re at with coliving or room rentals 3. What your biggest goal is right now Let’s build smarter and grow together 💪

Hi: I'm located in the Westlake area of Atlanta. I have a 2 bedroom/1 bath walkout basement apartment that will be available May 11th. I was renting it to a single mom and her 6 year old son. I have inquiries through Furnished Finders but I'm also interested in renting out individual rooms.
