Hey 👋 Kelli here from Brisbane Australia. I am naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist and I truly love what I do. I am building community for women over 40 to help them navigate the healthy eating. Believe it or not but now in 21st century food can't be blindly trusted anymore, on top of that we have information oveload and busy lives so I want to take the stress and overwhelm away, replace it with joy, patience and curiosity and see how my women grow their health. The focus is to clean up the diet and start eating anti inflammatory foods. As a person I am driven, curios and warm. I love to giggle, dance, play bass guitar, go to nature and explore spiritual stuff. I would love to create true connections and support each other, motivate each other and spur good energy into this place. I am in this group because inbelive I am no where close using the AI potential. The important but for me is that I stay human, commented, authentic but use AI for shortcuts and making my life more simple.
@Evelene Sterling thank you so much , food can be so powerful ! I am happy to hear you are cancer free :)
What’s Your Current “Avoidance Task”? 👀
The task that somehow keeps getting replaced by: - reorganising folders - checking notifications - researching random tools - making coffee - watching “productive” videos 😅 What are you actually supposed to be doing right now?

Sending a treatment plan to a GP who referred a client with IBS....

@Manda Jackson it does happen especially with health conditions that they struggle treating medicaly like IBS, recommend system of stress related adrenal support. And sometimes they are doctors who want their patients to focus on nutrition and prevention.
What’s One Thing You Wish Someone Had Explained Earlier? 🧠
Could be about: - AI - content - business - productivity - online work - creativity - consistency - burnout Sometimes the most useful advice is the simple stuff nobody says out loud.

How important it is to be lead by your heart and not the brain. Heart shows the direction and brain helps to execute. This works for me, not necessarily for everyone.

@Manda Jackson as long as heart is the main guide, I am fine 💖
The “Too Overwhelmed To Start” Reset Method
If everything feels important at once, try this: Step 1:Write down EVERYTHING currently sitting in your brain. Step 2:Circle the thing causing the most stress or avoidance. Step 3:Ask:“What would make this 10% easier?” Step 4:Remove unnecessary steps. Step 5:Only focus on the next action. Not the entire project. Most overwhelm comes from trying to mentally carry the whole thing at once 👀

@Tom Schoenfeld I agree, fully More I formation could also mean more overwhelm.
What’s Something You’ve Learned Recently That Actually Helped? 👀
Not motivational advice. Not “wake up at 5am and drink lemon water” productivity hacks 😅 I mean something genuinely useful that made life, work, content, AI, or business easier for you recently. Could be: - a workflow - a mindset shift - a tool - a shortcut - a prompt - a random habit - a system that finally clicked I always find these threads more useful than polished “expert” advice.

I created an artifact and I am amazed how it turned out, interactive, encouraging, easy to use, delivers valuable info, simplifies, and hopefully all that make my members tonhave better outcome . So instead of protein breakfast ideas and a downloadable PDF now it is this mini app where people can track the origress6, choose recipes, get a shopping list, get some awareness prompts etc all in one place. I will keep making these targeted artifacts that will make healthy eating easier for women. It is so fun to make too. I feel like I have leveled up in my skills and how useful my advice could be 🎉
