Capacity Killers
I've been building a lot around the theme of CAPACITY. I'd love to know some areas where your capacity is challenged. Where do you feel like you're always behind, no matter what you do? What feels hopeless, stuck, like you'll never catch up? Or maybe simpler than either: what's one thing you're carrying right now that you didn't actually agree to carry? No wrong answers. Just curious what's real for you today.

@Jessica Cosci I have a feeling the modern way of living and the fact that we need to be available all the time is adding a big spin on things. Now we are just phone call, text, notification away and that puts more business to our brains, stimulation. I do t think we humans are biologically designed for that. We need to not to be available too.

@Gwen Roach I just have my phone I silent, I have times when I switch it on and off, I tell myself I need to check the email and notifications only twice a day. Sometimes leave my phone home, put all sorts of notification apps on the forth page in my phone so it is not right there to tap. Little things like that and it helps a lot
❇️What are you're FAVE Skool Communities?
I have absolutely LOVED learning from Skoolers! So many smart, generous, and community minded people are on this platform! I've learned tech tools faster, learned about the Skool platform, and gotten support in my mobility and my mindset and more. It's such a great place to grow, learn, connect, get inspired, and share your own expertise. ❇️ I'll share some faves, but I want to hear yours first!! (Don't forget you can grab an affiliate link from your face communities). Also, I'm so thankful for all of YOU!

I spend a lot of time in this community - Enjoy Being a Human. Ahmy really does help you stay focused on how cool it is to live yourr life with everything that comes with it l. She gives cool prompts that make you do mini check ins all the time and stay on the positive track. She is a therapist with cool humour, real lol on life and combined it with little guidance from the Universe. Preferred Coffee Method?
How do you make your coffee? I've made pourovers, or iced pourovers for a long time and I thought they were rather common. I've had two people express amazement at how I make my coffee lately. (Actually, my coffee standards are much lower than the two guys I live with). How do you make your favorite brew? Do you drink something other than coffee? Are there techniques you've experienced with - it seems we've experimented with almost everything, and we have a wide collection of coffee tools to prove it. Do you put anything in your coffee or do you drink or black? Mine is usually black.

One super yummy trick that I picked up from my travels to Vietnam - I put a pinch of salt into coffee. If I ever make one I need the salt, it is amazing how it softens the flavour and add another layer.

🍷Ladies Night Snacks
I was just scrolling through the list of names that have joined this group so far. I realized that if I had all 24 of you in a room together, I'm sure we'd have the most lovely time. What's your favorite thing to bring to a ladies' night cozy gathering at someone's house? Doesn't have to be the healthiest - what's your go-to girls' night snack? I'm often one to bring the hummus. Recently I brought fresh milled Norwegian waffles (thin and heart shaped) with jam and sour cream and that was a surprising hit.
