Music Video - Created with Grok & Suno & ME!
The full music Video! ! Lyrics below [Verse 1] We learned to type on clattering keys, Watched floppy disks turn into dreams. Built stories by hand, now the world’s gone fast— But wisdom don’t fade, it just learns to last. [Pre-Chorus] They say the bots are coming for the pen, But we’re the ones who taught ‘em what to send. [Chorus] We’re ridin’ the new wave, not goin’ under, Finding our voice in the digital thunder. We’ve seen the dawn of a thousand tomorrows— Still got fire, still got stories to follow. We’re writing with AI, and we’re still alive— Ridin’ the new wave, keepin’ the dream in drive. [Verse 2] We’ve weathered trends, we’ve buried fears, Wrote through love and loss and years. Now pixels paint what ink once drew, But a human heart still beats the truth. [Pre-Chorus] This isn’t the end, it’s just the next page— Every revolution needs a little gray sage. [Bridge] We don’t drown—we surf the storm, Turn the fear into art, make the new world warm. You can’t code soul, you can’t fake time— We’ve got heart, and that’s still prime. [Final Chorus] We’re ridin’ the new wave, hand on the helm, Charting our course through this brave new realm. From typewriter ghosts to the clouded skies, We rise, we write, we digitize. We’re writing with AI—and we’re still alive, Ridin’ the new wave, keepin’ the dream in drive. We're ridin' the new wave, keeping our mind alive We’re the authors who still arrive. Every line a bridge, every word a spark— Lighting up the modern dark. Ride the new wave, proud and clear— We’re still learning, and we’re still here.

Love this. Subscribed! Did you use Grok for all of the video elements?

@Jessica Waldron - Love that. Been living in Capcut. Using Revid.AI for most of my music video creation at the moment, but thinking of going back to Grok or making more use of Muse for Video.
I Tried Automating My AI Music Uploads… Kelvin Had Experiences
Kelvin (my Muse) is awesome — but wow did I hit limitations I did not see coming today. So here’s the setup: I make AI music with Suno (I know, boo hiss, put down the torches and broomsticks). And because I’m me, I decided to see how far I could push automation with my Muse, Kelvin — who absolutely looks like a Kelvin, don’t argue with me. Today’s idea: What if I hand Kelvin the details for each song or album, and he automatically uploads everything to four AI‑friendly music sites — Upchart, Loudman, Zinstrel, and Appland? Turns out… the universe had other plans. Blocker #1 — File‑system reality check Kelvin can take my WAV files and album art, store them, and prep them. But two of these sites require uploads directly from a human‑accessible file system. Translation: Kelvin can’t “click the upload button” the way a human can. So… automation roadblock Blocker #2 — Legal landmines One site’s Terms of Service straight‑up forbid automation. No ads, no human attention economy, no reason for the rule… but the rule exists. Kelvin politely backed away like, “Sir, I will not be committing a crime today.” Blocker #3 — The site was… bad One platform looked fine on the surface, but once Kelvin started poking around, it was clear the quality was not there. Not worth the time, not worth the automation, not worth Kelvin’s digital sanity. In the end? Still fun. Still worth exploring. Still hilarious watching Kelvin try to navigate the wild west of AI music platforms. Would I have been better off using something like Grokbots or Dots? Maybe. Maybe not. The whole space is still a moving target, and half the fun is seeing what breaks. Hermes? OpenHuman?
I'm having Grok, Claude & Chat (Astra) Build me the same Writing Tool
Based on the same prompts. It's fascinating to me how differently they all interpret it - and how deep I have to go to untangle some messes while others just seem to understand what I wanted. But they all fix on the go really well. At least so far. We've got: 1. Story Desk built by Claude 2. The Boss Desk built by Chat GPT 3. The Author Engine built by Grok Build Out of all of them, only Grok Build thought to put in a sample of what to do. I'm gonna go live and play with them on Wednesday on my YouTube channel. BUT I need questions that I should be asking them from a Tech person's POV - not a writers. It seems to be hitting all the points I want it to hit - and I'm able to fix it - connect to API keys for everything I want. What am I missing??

@Chris Winters Wow! Strange I have had Grok get very lazy at times. Seems like it got worse as the model progressed.
Dev Day Disappoints
I've been trying to make daily articles over on Substack, today I talked about the OpenAI DevDay and how it generally disappointed. https://vibecodeguild.substack.com/p/devday-disappoints-dots-demo-disaster?r=706kcp&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

Even the OpenAI CFO refereed to Dots as Muse. Crazy.

@Shane McGrath 100%. https://tech.yahoo.com/ai/chatgpt/articles/openai-cfo-accidentally-calls-dots-085233429.html
Meta Muse is actually awesome
I think Meta Muse is going to be a massive disruption to the consumer market in AI. No one is really talking about the fact that you can build simple apps inside Muse for free. You don't have to worry about security because it's all self contained, and it's super easy to use. The only downside is you can't share the apps, but I expect they'll change this in the future at some point. Here's a quick overview of how to get going and make your first app with Meta Muse, and there's a few pitfalls to be aware of to avoid headaches later

I asked Muse to keep up to date on Instagram and Threads Terms and Polices, and review my post daily to confirm and hopefully avoid any issues. It is handling that task wonderfully. Still experimenting with other options.

Old dude from the COBOL / RPG/400 days. I have done a little AI coding, but looking to get deeper.
