What is one adaptation you’ve made that has improved your quality of life, even a little?
When we talk about adaptation, it’s easy to focus on the big changes. But often it’s the small adjustments that make the biggest difference over time. For example: • pacing differently • setting clearer boundaries • using reminders and notes for brain fog • scheduling rest before you need it • asking for help sooner • simplifying daily routines Many of these changes may seem small from the outside, but they can have a significant impact on how we experience everyday life. We’d love to hear: What’s one adaptation you’ve made that has genuinely helped, even if it seems minor? Your experience may give someone else an idea they haven’t considered.

I’ve learned how to work smarter and not always harder. Building a skill to the point it becomes and automated rhythm rather than something requiring an over extension of mental energy.

I was having a challenging day mentally. Probably bit off more than I can chew this past week. But I was able to take time out, reset and self regulate.
