I can relate to Mark’s comment on wanting to loose weight for a long time! As I look at the new year, I am firstly going back to basics … and Planning is my number one area to focus on …. When I plan what I will eat for the week I am successful! Secondly, I will prioritize daily movement! I have a tendency to jump in too heavy and hurt myself! I will pace myself and continue to move this flesh in ways that do not injure myself! I will do what I can riding my bike, swimming, walking, lifting weights…. and working on my flexibility/stretching.
